Medium duty water on-top cooled gas wok cooking range for domestic kitchens
Far East Kitchen Solutions offer a compact, single ring, domestic
wok cooker providing you with the heat necessary to enjoy the taste of authentic Chinese cuisine at home. A small footprint and no flue or back panel means minimal intrusion in to your kitchen, both physically and visually.
Burner rings are removable for cleaning and double-skinned for longevity.
Although water cooled, this wok cooker requires no connection to water or
waste pipes, allowing more freedom in placement. Simply fill the cook top
with water before cooking and then use the integral drain valve when you're
done.
There are versions available with a water tap, mains drainage connection, hinged front door or combinations thereof, should you need these. Available with a 3 bar or V12 vortex burner.
